  2. Words cannot even describe how amazing Rachel is! We got married December 17, 2016 and it went flawlessly! Rachel was present and on the ball every second of our big day.   3. Let me first start by saying that Rachel is absolutely phenomenal! I hired her as my day-of coordinator after meeting and falling in love with her dedication and passion for what she does. She made even the planning a breeze! There were nights we talked into the wee hours when a question would come to mind. Absolute excellence in everything she does, made my wedding day perfect! I wouldn't have been able to do it without her!

  5. We just got married this Saturday, April 9, 2016, and I can not stop smiling from thinking about my dream wedding!! Rachel is an absolute godsend! I had a lot of DIY and am super organized, but even with my type A personality, I was still overwhelmed about 2 weeks before the wedding. It was then that we decided to invest in a Day Of Coordinator. It was the best decision ever!! Rachel immediately got started helping and meeting with us to discuss our dream wedding vision! We totally hit it off and she was professional throughout the whole process! I felt so comfortable with her and knew I could trust her to make our wedding day so much more magical! The day of, Rachel took care of everything and made sure we were doing okay and if we ever needed anything, she was sure to get it for us! She took care of setting up, decorating/styling, picking up day of decorations/food items, and finally breaking down and packing everything up for us!! We did not have to worry about a thing during our special day, and really that was the best gift we could ever receive! She kept us on our timeline and made sure guests were enjoying themselves and signing our guestbook. So many of our guests and family kept commenting by how much they were impressed by her professionalism and work ethic. I can not tell you how happy and perfect our wedding day was and how much fun our family and guests had, since we were able to really enjoy ourselves and not worry about setup/breakdown. I recommend Rachel May without any hesitation! Seriously, it is the best investment we made! The wedding planning process can be very stressful, and every Bride should enjoy their day! Rachel, we can not thank you enough for making our wedding THE BEST DAY EVER!!

  6. Where do I even begin.... My name is Tosha Shoemaker and My wedding was April 17, 2016. I was one of those brides who knew I could pull off the wedding of my dreams. I am very organized, very creative, and very handy. I had ALL my ducks in a row! Once I got down to the last 40/30 days before the wedding I began to doubt myself. I started second guessing all of the hard work I put into the day I have been dreaming of my ENTIRE life! Until someone told me about Rachael May. I will honestly say my husband and I debated back and forth before finally hiring Rachael. The moment I said " Your Hired" I knew I made the best decision yet for our wedding. Rachael is so sweet and has a kind soul. She became instantly a friend. She was eager to see all the work I did for the wedding and listened to every story and idea I had to tell. I looked forward to every planning meeting, where ideas flowed from both of our brains as we envisioned the magical day that was approaching quickly. She took over communication with my vendors which was a HUGE weight off my shoulders and helped me wrap my head around what needs to happen the day of and how to schedule each agenda item. Then finally, it was the wedding day! From the moment I arrived at the venue Rachael was Non-stop! Making sure all of the ideas and moments I shared with her was followed through and well displayed on our big day. The weather didn't cooperate with us but Rachael was quick to solutions and made everything more than PERFECT! The night flowed so smoothly. I can honestly say that I couldn't have pulled of this wedding without her! My husband didn't think she was worth it at the very beginning.... Let's just say he became a FIRM BELIEVER by the end of our fairytale night... Quote from my husband and I "Rachael was and is worth EVERY penny"!
